Hi Sky...ever been to Costa Rica...ever seen the Nobel Peace Award that it's president rec'd several years ago. NO GUNS!!...or at least very few.

She did have a mental problem and the gun range knew it, she never should have had a rented gun in her hands....there will be some money changing hands since the father has filed.
