OT...This is an OT because I want all of you to follow this, another very stupid way to "save"money...by your govt

Empire State Bldg is going GREEN.. the goal is to cut 38% or $4.4 million per year in engery cost....project is, at this moment, $20 million.

It can not be done...plain and simple.

$20 million will be $60-80 million...pay back will be 30 years...or longer...
