It's easy. I just did.
If millions link "Pelosi" with the URL http://www.answers.com/topic/******** (replace ******** with the full spelling of the word) then soon when someone searches for the term "Pelosi" that page will come up at or near the top of the results. That's how a "google bomb" works, for those unfamiliar.
