He is very right in his articulation of what the problem is on Main St. DEAD ON!!

However, buying the assets will not trickle down to Main street for many many many years to come. It will emidiately unlock their problems not ours.

We are being held at bay when there are measurable ways to unlock the circumstances of Wall St.

We need to test them first.
