Remember, PTSC has ``won`` notta, nuttin` (stolen from Rick), and zero jury trials. TPL is their sugar daddy and they have been skillful to get the PTSC cases onto their prefered `Rocket Docket.`` That is no guarantee of a win, but we know what the past few months has done for PTSC investors.

EDIG`s legal sugar daddy does not have to win a thing either. To add tremdous value to the pps -- should you or I want to sell off all or part or your EDIG shares -- takes only a credible legal finding and a complaint filing. While probably short term until a license deal is done, it would, IMO, do the trick for those looking to get out. I think I`ll hang on for the final act.

At first, I believed it would take over two years to get there, based on PTSC. After looking at a few other cases -- some in adn some not in the Rocket Docket, it appears there can be deals brokered in fairly short terms -- much less than my two+ year WAG. It all depends on EDIG`s legal team, the supporting cast of patents, and the eagerness of the nasty ole copy cats to settle with little or no fanfair....all unknowns at this point.

I`m still stuck on sellin` something I can touch until I see the forest for all those darn trees.
