This is going to sound redundant, but I again notice on Level II that FLCR and SCHB are moving in tandem again.
FLCR lowered bid to .25 and made some change to their ask (to .29 again) at 10:45. SCHB changed their bid and ask at 10:45. Coincidence? Again?
