I have questions about your veracity....Big ones....Almost all of your posts I have read since you appeared have been EDig negative and now you say you are a ``good friend of Woody Norris`` and he has stated to you that EDig`s management is no good....

Well, I know Woody also. Not as a friend but have been to lunch with him a couple of times and have sat in his office listening to him and getting excited about his ideas. No where has he said to me that EDig has no future. In fact I do believe he has about 6 million shares of EDig. (If I am wrong someone will correct me) Just why would a ``good friend`` downgrade an investment that he has that ``MAJOR`` stake in to ANYONE.???

Plus this company was ``his baby`` for an awful long time. I just don`t see him being critical of it for a lot of reasons......IMO.....
