I recall (fuzzy) ptsc`s first announcements of its planned pursuit for IP protection meeting with an increase in the pps, but as time waned with little information disseminating, the pps dropped precipitously to less than a penny. IMO, there was no history of success at ptsc and little confidence they could win against such giants as Intel and Fujitsu, among others.

Shortly thereafter, TPL begin getting results well beyond street expectations and now the sky appears to be the limit, considering the number of potential infringers mentioned by the company still not accounted for.

EDIG appears to be in a similar spot, with the exception that investors now understand the IP protection process better, thanks to ptsc, as well as the power of the patents in the courts eyes, regardless on how well funded a company may be.

As Gil points out, EDIG`s patents in this current market environment, if found to be valid, could easily find many infringers and turn this company into a real player. Consumer electronics continue to flourish and flash remains an integral and growing part of that scenario.

Should EDIG announce it has succesfully monitized its patent portfolio (which RP mentinoned was progressing better than expected-paraphrased) and is teaming up with a TPL-like company to further this end, in light of ptsc`s success, the market will likely grant them their due.

And EDIG could be HERE once again.
