Los Angeles, CA – January 19th, 2005
Stellar Inflight and InterAct Network Inc. have announced a strategic merger that will provide airlines with a complete content and services package in the form of a new company named StellarInteract.
The formation of StellarInteract was unveiled at a lavish event in Los Angeles, CA on January 18th, 2005 where numerous key industry representatives were in attendance.
The reason for developing this partnership was to further extend the quality of service to airlines by combining the expertise of Stellar Inflight, a specialist in audio programming and custom production with InterAct Network Inc.’s specialization in innovative video programming concepts; offering airlines a full service in-flight entertainment company.
John Bruckman, CEO of the newly formed company, has stated, “The creation of StellarInteract is a seminal moment in the development of both our companies. Together, we are forging an organization that embodies the best this industry has to offer – with a creative and energetic staff and a business plan that focuses on providing first class service to a distinguished group of airline clients”
The development of this dynamic company will reach around the globe with offices in Los Angeles, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney offering coverage in target markets and ensuring that StellarInteract’s 20 customer’s programming needs are covered. The expansion of StellarInteract has also prompted the relocation of the Los Angeles offices to a larger building which will house the company’s state of the art programming facilities.
StellarInteract’s chairman, Rob Lynch anticipates a great deal of success for StellarInteract. Mr. Lynch has said, “John and I have spent the past twelve months planning the joining of the companies; now have created an organization with a strong growth path whilst maintaining our high commitment to personalized customer service at all levels.”
StellarInteract’s team has further expanded to include Jackie Frimer, formerly of Matsushita Avionics Systems, as the Director of Marketing. Jackie’s strong background in the in-flight entertainment industry makes her a valuable asset to the company and to StellarInteract’s 20 airline customers.
About StellarInteract: StellarInteract was founded by the owners of Stellar Inflight and InterAct Network Inc. InterAct Network Inc. provided movie and television acquisitions and management services for airlines over the past 10 years.
