However, I will acknowledge that they consitute, by and large, the essence of our continued hope for success. It is a wish list for the most part.
1) RP buys shares. On the open market? Using PTSC profits? (how the heck would you KNOW that?). Why would he sell PTSC? Go to the PTSC board and announce that RP, a former insider (and still very close I bet), sold some of his position at this juncture! I just haven`t seen any proof of any of this (TIA for a link).
2) Orders for eVUs. How many? I would bet that IF the number were significant, it would have been cited. And, though argueable, I suspect that they`d have to issue an 8K if they were significant orders. An order is a real commitment from a customer, regardless of what has happened in the past (so the ``report after delivery/full payment`` approach doesn`t fly, IMO).
3) We have a financier for the production eVUs - apparently true. That would be for significant orders if they are indeed received. But they most certainly will receive more than the $5->$20 per unit sold. That`s just a component of their ROI, IMO.
4) eVUs to airlines. Maybe. Just MAYBE.
5) Patents. I`m just too darn ignorant to KNOW. And I suspect NOBODY KNOWS, including EDIG (or why this evaluation process?). If they knew/had proof, the patent litigation partner would have jumped on it, and followed EDIG`s wicked finger pointing at Samsung or whoever.
So the LIST is somewhat a WISH LIST (as always when these lists are generated - even my own). Not that there`s anything wrong with that! Possibilities.... It`s as has always been the case with this investment OR ANY OTHER. It`s why we`re here. If they were all done deals, it would be reflected in our PPS, and most of us would no longer be here. We`d be off looking for another EDIG to invest our huge profits in and enjoy another big pop.
Just a reality check from the guy that KNOWS nuttin`!
