Since patent terms are now at 20 years, I think this has a lot of people nervous and provides an answer as to why all the EDIG bashers and their employers spend countless hours working against our stock.

The 20 year patent term provisions take effect in June 95, and will apply to all U.S. applications filed on or after that date.

Our earliest patent was issued Feb 96, and the other four issued between Apr 98 to Nov 98. Anti-EDIG forces probably had to change their skivvies when EDIG announced plans to monetize their flash portfolio. No one wants to pay for enjoying a dance, in the middle of the dance.
