No offense intended but I cannot believe you have paid any attention to the information about EDig`s business plan that has been copiously posted these past months.
I hate to keep saying it but I have to evidently: From RP`s lips to my ears, ``Frank we will NOT accept any order unless it has at least a 50% deposit with that order and we expect and demand payment in full upon delivery of that order``.
I did not ask if a formal contract had to be signed for the above to take place. Perhaps someone with legal knowledge can tell us if accepting payment for an order is, in effect, a contract. I would think the acceptance of a downpayment constitutes some sort of a legal contract....
