I do agree with all you say in the reply. Contracting tid-bit: When contracting with a supplier and expecting a slew of ongoing orders, an agreement can be contracted where future orders (POs) can be unilateral, as all Terms and Conditions of sale can be pre-established in the original contract. As long as the price and time to delivery from receipt of order comply with the original contract, it`s a ``go`` with no further paper action. I suspect that this type arrangement was in place between EDIG and APS, and then Wencor.
