Thought so.... thanks for further confirming. So I suppose now it`s a matter of figuring whether recorded data is saved to the removeable flash memory in an infringing manner/way - something we don`t have the resources/ability to do. Hopefully EDIG and its prospective litigation/research partner ``have ways`` (or do ya just claim infringement and let `em prove they aren`t? That would be a little dicey! LOL).
