Not only have I renewed my original invite but I have lowered the threshold to hold ``THE FIRST AND LAST ANNUAL POWERED BY EDIGITAL INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNEY AND CLAMBAKE`` when EDig decides to cooperate and increase its PPS to acceptable levels.

If you remember the offer was ``all`` expenses paid if invited and the offer accepted to the Tourney here in San Diego to be held at Torrey Pines, the site of the 2008 US Open. The trigger price at the time was $30.00 and holding.

Due to my being able to add many more shares of EDig at these levels, and still acquirering, I lowered the trigger to $22.00. However that was some time ago and I lowered the trigger again to $15.00.

That may be a little unrealistic so I am lowering that trigger again to $12.00. I don`t think I will go much lower than that. If it happens it will be an invite to all the ``long term EDig suffering`` shareholders who will be selected some by me and the rest by a committee made up of ``youze guys`` Due to logistics and the amount of work required to pull it off I am limiting the ``get together`` because thats really what it will be, to no more than 64, hopefully all EDig millionaires by then.

ANY YOU TEE OFF FIRST.....as long as you hold that score card....
