While I agree mostly with what you state, and we are in the best position we have been in for years, your price comparison doesn`t hold much water, and is irrelevant.

In Jan 04 we were at approx. $.60

In Jan 05 we were at approx. $.30

In Jan 06 we were at approx. $.08

In Apr 06 we are at approx. $.15

So we dropped 50% in Jan 2005, dropped about 70% in Jan 2006, and now we are about double from the beginning of the year.

It`s simply the market and the emotions of the thousands of shareholders and probably has little to do with the position edig have been in over the last 2-3 years.

The only positive signs I see is that we now have a, I think, marketable product, and a long term possibility of rewards from the patent issue that has been announced.

I don`t place any significance on the current price.
