Sorry you are on the ``glass half empty`` contingent. I assume at one time you were on the positive side or else why would you be here....Hopefully future news will soften your opposition.

1. My statement of ``the phone ringing off the hook`` was stated to me while seated in Mr. Blakelys office the morning the eVu was introduced. It was made to me as an answer to my question to him of ``What is the reception of the eVu so far``?? That is all that was said. Not one word was mentioned as to business from the phones ``ringing`` Just the fact that interest in the eVu was there that morning.

RP told me, UNSOLICITED, about the airlines contacting EDigital on their own volition. It never occured to me to ask that question. After his statement I asked ``How many``? Just one or more than one....his answer, ``More than one``...I then asked if, in his opinion, this would turn into business for EDig. His answer, ``Frank, only time will tell`` In other words ....no comment. Contracts were never mentioned nor part of the conversation....

EDig made a business decision to NOT pursue any IFE business as long as BOW was ordering the DP from EDig...That is well documented by RP in many statements and emails from him. For whatever reason EDig remained loyal to BOW. EDig knew at the time BOW was going the Triad way. Perhaps it was felt Triad could not come up with a comparable product to match the DP....Who knows???? Or perhaps EDig was not in a position to pursue IFE business on its own so remained in business with BOW as a lesser evil. All I know is FF and RP both stated to me that BOW was ``mercurial`` to say the least. Maybe Edig was waiting for the string to play out to see if BOW would swing back EDig`s way....Who knows....That would certainly mean EDig would not slap BOW in the face at the time they were still getting orders....

I post here to give this board the facts of what I know and my opinion, as best I can, of those facts. I am not a hyper, and I do not look soley on the ``rosey`` side. My opinions right now are positive. To many small things when added up tell me the future is good for ``OUR`` company.
