IMO...he was more concerned with getting rid of other facets of APS...and used the leverage of the DigEplay to get BOW to take the whole company.

The concession e.Digital made to Bill as a fledging venture was low...once it got going for our side to kick in he sold us out...and BOW thinks he can hold us to the start up concession...can`t...so he instructs Tracy to throw a million up in the air.
