I was under the same impression. In my discussion with RP I brought up that very question, very directly. RP`s words to me were, (paraphrase but very close) ``We need no middlemen when the airlines are contacting us DIRECTLY`` ``We have not contacted others to assist with these contacts`` ``It`s one to one``

RP stated quite clearly in the above case there was NO NEED FOR A COMPANY WITH LICENSES TO WORK WITH AIRLINES TO BE INVOLVED.
