Sorry you guys feel that way but I can fully understand the necessity to pick everything apart from a company that you invested in with high hopes and have had those hopes dashed many, many times...

I rely on my beliefs from face to face and ear to mouthpiece with Mr. Blakely, FF and RP. I form my opinions not only on what facts, or lack of them, are told me but also on the tone of the coversation, the demeanor of face to face and a perception as to the believeability of the speaker.

When talking to RP and listening to his explanations as to how business is conducted between EDig and Maycom I cannot be verbatum but only report my understanding of what was said. When that part of the conversation came in the first few minutes and we talked for 30 or more minutes about many other facets of EDig`s business, that is all I can do unless I record each conversation, which I do not do.

I fully understand what RP meant about the EDig-Maycom relationship. It is loose, of course EDig pays up front and of course there are guidelines. However when you have been doing business with a company for almost 6 years and that business has always been satisfactory to both parties then a phone call to Maycom from EDig for an order followed by a payment would seem to me to be sufficient to get the process going. Lets face it, if it wasn`t and Maycom fudged, it would not get any more business from EDig. So, in my mind, even if the manner of business between the two is not governed by the strict guidelines you feel is warranted, there are guidelines or there would be no more business, with EDig or perhaps other customers if that was Maycom`s modus operandi.

I cannot speak to your, or others, disappointments. I have to think that you still have a concern about this company and a healthy desire to see it succeed from a personal and financial standpoint, OTHER WISE WHY WOULD YOU BE HERE AIRING YOUR WELFOUNDED GRIPES?

If you didn`t care EDig would not even be on your radar screen.

I am very positive of the success of EDig. I cannot judge the magnitude of that success nor the timing of it. I cannot believe RP would lie to my face when I asked him ``Does EDig have orders for the eVu IN HAND?`` ``or is it just ``EXPECT`` to have orders? And his reply was ``We have orders in hand`` I cannot help but feel the recent PPS actions are anything but positive. EVEN BOTH OF YOU HAVE TO ADMIT TO THAT. Why are these PPS actions and the large relative volumes taking place? Why are the officers of the company insider buying at this time? These and other positive signs would not be occuring if the future of EDig was simply a company living off its stock sales.

In any manner I invite you to personally call Mr. Putnam or visit him. He always returns calls and he will definitely make an appointment with you. His personal number is 1-858-679-3168. He is an automan when writing out reply emails, standard replies, etc....but when you are face to face or ear to mouthpiece he lowers his guard a bit and his tone in reply to questions tells you A LOT MORE than any PR, Shareholder Alert, or reply to an email would ever.

I hope your disenchantment with the company will turn around when some good news is finally put forth. I expect our wait to be short. I need all the good guys to come to my ``FIRST AND LAST ANNUAL POWERED BY EDIGITAL GOLF TOURNEY AND CLAMBAKE``
