The Maycom deal is muddy...Edig performed for BOW and paid Maycom in full for its order. BOW paid EDig in full for its order....There are NO contracts in the whole deal. EDig has been dealing with Maycom on what appears to be a ``hand shake`` deal for 5 years or more and has never been disappointed and fully expects Maycom to fulfill the order which Maycom ``SAID IT WOULD BE DOING``. since it already has been paid.

EDig is under no liability from BOW in a contractual or legal basis although BOW could sue because he doesn`t like the temperature in San Diego. If Maycom drags this out there is ``no contractual timetable`` for delivery on Maycom or EDig`s part. RP thinks it will be ironed out but won`t say what the problem was other than a Korean attorney has been hired and presure is being put on Maycom to perform....Something the PR has stated. I got the impression, a pretty strong one, that a ``third party``, someone other than Maycom and EDig is sticking his/their nose in the middle. Who knows, only the shadow does. However RP did state there is ``an active investigation`` ongoing at this time....Not just verbage....

One of the main problems in the orders to Maycom from BOW thru EDig is the manner in which BOW wants the orders delivered. He may order 1,000 units but they are not all for one customer but for many. Therefore he wants his orders filled in increments which drives Maycom crazy. RP told me a good part of the job is to keep Maycom happy when it has to tool up for a small order, and then do it again a month later...

There are definite IFE Airline contacts for the the eVu initiated by the airlines. Would not say at what stage they are at, however he did state that in a direct contact and resulting sale EDig WOULD NOT HAVE TO HAVE A MIDDLEMAN TO DO THE DEAL. One to one...no airline parts company involved.

EDig will be moving to a new office a short distance away from their present one at half the price and half the size. This will occur at the end of May.

The next quarter starts tomorrow. When pressed on when news would be forthcoming as to the eVu RP stated just that, ``next quarter`` I said ``that starts tomorrow`` and he said ``right on`` I asked if their were ``DEFINITE`` orders in hand for the eVu and not just ``expects`` he gave me a flat.``WE HAVE ORDERS IN HAND``. and we will know them shortly. I asked why not just state that, not naming names and he told me it is EDig`s policy not to divulge any information of this nature until the order is done. So I guess that means when the eVu`s are in hand and being shipped we will then know about them...

I asked how the medical industry received the eVu`s and stated ``they were very impressed``.

I am just guessing here but I think one of the initial orders that will be made known to us will be from that area.

I asked about his ``insider`` buying and he told me in a very upbeat fashion that ``he put his money where his mouth is`` and he firmly believes that EDig is one order away from turning the corner. He sees success shortly....and he emphasized that word,,,,``shortly``....What that means?????

As you know I bleed EDig black....I left RP with an overwhelming feeling of ``Edig is going to make it`` A very positive feeling that success is just about here...That may seem juvenile to many here but that`s the way I feel and I don`t think I have my head in the clouds full of ``blue sky``

As far as EDig`s IP is concerned, the company ``HAS HIRED A FIRM TO INVESTIGATE whether or not its IP use has been violated. It is definite, it is now ongoing. A company has been hired and, as RP stated, it has to be throughly looked at not only by the group they hired but perhaps by two or three others to insure the strongest possible case of violations.

I asked if there was specific target and he would not answer but did say something rather interesting. There is a universe of hand held, flash memory players out there now and EDig`s IP has been around for years. I asked if that meant that large companies could be using EDig`s technology and he said ``yes``. I then asked if just a few of them or many...He said ``many`` .....

So take it for what its worth but I believe from the way the conversation went that EDig thinks almost all of the hand held flash based players from whatever company, large or small.....``COULD BE USING EDIG`S IP.......Note that word ``could`` Anyway there is a definite investigation now ongoing to find out.....I asked if the company they are using was TPL knowing, he wouldn`t answer.....His comment was ``no comment`` but said it in a way (I am reading a whole hellofalot into this here) that it was TPL....Now this is just my read....I could be 100% out of sync and if I am I will apologize for the incorrect info....We will have to see....If I recall any more I drop in again....
