I was there and I have a different perspective of what occurred. I, for one, am thankful someone tried to protect and further shareholder`s value. IMO Robert is just more skillful than most to manuver and manipulate a situation on his own turf. Now if he could/would just use that skill to turn EDIG into a profitable company... of course there seems to be someone more skillful than Robert, hopefully not Woods or Barth in this case. But this is the real world not a shareholders meeting!
