That`s because many not only don`t bother reading the SEC filings, if and when some of them do, they don`t understand what they are reading.
And for those who have never been in business with major responsibilities, I`m talking millions of dollars and many supporting people, if they had the experience they too would understand the criticism of management and may not be so reluctant to call anyone who does a basher.
