Another rational post fron the BIG GUY from Tenessee...

You are right in stating that the ``Devil is in the details``...

I can not understand all the commotion by the Bashers and the Whiners. The copnay is on the ball and has done its part informing its shareholders of he possibility of Mr. Wencor playing dirty pool with is relationship with Maycam.

How much more clearer can they get on this point? The essence of today`s messagae is the following:

``Throughout the meetings in Korea and in subsequent discussions, Maycom has assured e.Digital that it intends to fulfill its obligation under the purchase order. However, the company has yet to receive a definitive plan and timetable for such performance. Because of the uncertainty of Maycom’s timely performance, e.Digital has engaged legal representation in Korea to pursue legal remedies with Maycom and its principal(s), and other third parties if warranted. The company intends to take all necessary action to compel Maycom to fulfill its obligations. e.Digital will provide further updates regarding this matter as they become available.``...

In plain English it reads ``We met with Maycam face to face. They said they intend to perform their part. But, they did not give us a time table as to when. Because we are uncertain as to Maycam doing the job in a timely manner, ( meaning by the time we have promised to deliver the stuff to Mr. Wencor), we have hired attorney`s in Korea to compel specific performance by Maycam, and to find out if third parties, (meaning Mr. WENCOR), have thrown a wrench in the Macam tooling operations.

FIRST QUESTION TO ALL WHINERS!...

For God`s sake what else you expected the company to do?

SECOND QUESTION TO ALL!...

Is there anyone out there who can in all honesty say that they did not expect this silliness from Mr. WENCOR?...

Thinks are ``POSITIVE`` and we are about to move into making

money phase, both from products and IP and the pps reflects this. Quit clouding your collective judgment by the vacillations of emits and focus of whether you want to accumulate at stage stage or bail out.

ENOUGH OF THE COMPANY BASHING...

NOT YOU JOHN... You just keep your rational explanations coming...

Good Luck toall...

Gil...
