``If an investment entity has a lot of money to manage, and invests in and researches startup companies, whether they are a company like Global Ventures who will invest $ 5 million in 2001 for a company who won’t have a product for 4 years, or they are a company like Bank of America who is willing to invest in that same startup last month to the tune of 6.5 Million, such an entity might be interested in buying into EDIG, a partner of Ittiam, or at least in the same line of work with the same potential . How? By either investing $$ through preferred shares with restrictions if EDIG would allow (creating dilution and dismay with shareholders – though it has certainly happened before) or by purchasing on the open market.``

``or by purchasing on the open market.``

collecting shares at the bid passing through the back door...IMO...is not buying on the open market.

They`re cheating you and I....we have invested through normal channels....only to have a company come along and steal ?

This issue should be rising on our investment.

There`s no dilution...however, there is a big cheat.
