The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (and the really Ugly Truth)

The Good

We have confirmation of Willy selling something...and that our new eVU is accepted into a competitive marketplace. We also see a mention of military applications. IFE makes sense and we love stickin` to Brent Wood. Actually, this PR is very good news if we choose to ignore The Bad and The Ugly, IMO. That`s OK by me. Collectively, we have been doing so for over seven years. Now, The Good may just outweigh The Bad and The Ugly over the next six months, IMO.

The Bad

Details are not there. How many units constitute ``volume`` is anyone`s guess. If I am doing an OEM deal with mass merchant X, I want a schedule of 40 ft containers on purchase orders to call it ``volume.`` If I am taking care of our large industry customer, I want weekly shipments to call it ``volume.`` Nothing in the PR to indicate EDIG is even headed toward profitability. Does the new eVU order simply replace Wencor? If so, we still have lots of red ink. If not, EDIG`s world gets much better and we will pay big bonuses this year to Fred, the highest paid Admin person in the world. That`s Bad.

Yep, the devil is in those darn details.

The Ugly

With Wencor out of the picture, our hated White Knight is dead....kinda like one of those really sharp double edged swords. The financials could be ugly -- make that very ugly -- short term. IMO, this is not nearly as bad as, ``Hey, we gots no cash and gots no orders.`` We do have orders, just no details. That`s Ugly, but we can put a little lipstick on that pig with the fact that we do have orders -- a first for EDIG direct sales in a very long time.

The Ugly Truth

As for IP protection, I told you so!

Just an RP throw in the last PR as no infringing parties have been notified and they are just now starting to study the issue to see IF they have a valuable patent for a legal sugar daddy to persue.
