Extrapolating from your post...it would be interesting to find out if e.Digital suspects Triad of infringing on our IP in designing the digEplayer XT. BOW reading the EDIG release on 2/14/05 (re: EDIG`s initiated efforts to partner with an IP management company), decides he needs leverage against EDIG to protect his digEplayer XT designer. So BOW mucks up things with the latest digEplayer order (gives Maycom some financial incentive to agree) in hopes of making a non-performance case against EDIG. Message: Don`t screw with my design house or you`ll get sued.
Would BOW risk losing an airline(s) by not delivering digEplayers on schedule? My guess is yes since he could satisfy them by saying, ``Don`t worry, we have a new & improved XT that will be available soon. You`ll just love this version!``
