IMO, you guys are both correct. I think it all depends on where the digEs/eVUs are rented. If they`re rented on the ground, and perhaps with no direct airline affiliation, they should be able to be taken on board as carry-on luggage as could a laptop or DVD/CD player or IPod. If they are rented out in flight by the airline, then the FAA certified requirement would come into play.

JMHO, and I KNOW nuttin`! Goin` back under the rock....

And BTW, IMO the probable expansion by RWM may be most interesting, especially if they go with eVU. That one alone (if eVU) could easily put us in the black, IMO.
