Not sure, but I think Fred forgot to turn the server on this am. Coffer pot, copier, fax machine, and Server? Tough ones. When he gets 3 out of 4 turned on, RP gives him a cookie.

(Really, this is probably the week EDIG moves out of their current offices and into new digs and the server could be down for a short time. Per an email I received from RP, EDIG would be in new offices beginning in April)

However, I hope we see some updated customer news -- not another ``we now have X as a partner`` and ``expect`` sales ``soon.`` My WAG is we will get some additional information to, at least, give us a more realistic time frame for eVU revenues.

IMO, IP licensing deals are not likely part of fiscal 2006 revenue, and are not likely to be part of calander 2006 revs either. If there are cases to persue, the time lag would seem to be the most on the first case since that case could set the stage for wider industry actions. Again, just one dumb guy`s opine. Like noses, we all have one.

Based on the previous PRs, then the digEcor ``delay``, we really don`t have any idea of the coming revenues to be posted for the 4Q06. I don`t believe EDIG management has retracted the fiscal year 2006 annual revs ``to exceed 2005`` statement. If that holds up, EDIG is not in such a financial pickle. If not, IMO, we will see even more shares added to the float and to the warrant holders` wallets.

IMO, the table is set for good things, it just may be several more months before we see any tangible results, if any are to come. The new biz model has already seen a few glimmers of light with product trails, but we must wait for real results -- it`s better than some of the alternatives.
