Also, wasn`t Maycom formed by some 10-12 engineers leaving SAMSUNG and forming a ``Tooling company`` which has strong ties with SAMSUNG as their widget maker?...

If the above proves to be correct, then this could be an indication they are distancing themselves from EDIG in anticipation of the EDIG`s announced plan to ``Monetize`` their intellectual property rights under patents they hold...
