Hard to say what is going down with Maycom. The statement and filing today may partly be in efforts to preserve face with DigEcor. Since Maycom is not involved in production of the eVU, e.Digital could be viewed as somehow dragging our feet with the didgEplayer delivery in hopes of grabbing market share with the eVU. On the otherhand, maybe digEcor is attempting to ``go direct`` and use use OUR IP. Glad to hear that the eVU is not delayed and that further updates are eminent with regard to the “wholly-owned flash memory-related patent portfolio”.

Painful, but interesting to watch it all unfold.
