When a person or entity is purchasing stock for long term(capital gains), with the expectation of exponential growth, he/she/they are not going to concern themselves with the vagaries of the MM manipulation. They will pick a price to buy and go on. They are not day-trading, or short term speculation trading. It has definitely been accumulation. We must realize that the difference in tax liability between long term and short term gains on a multi-million dollar gain is substantial.
