Interesting summary and a part of what may be needed to get EDIG`s IP protection plan rolling, should EDIG find (or has already found but unknown) a sugar daddy legal arm to fund the litigation where / when infringments are suspected:

I certainly would like to see real progress on the IP front. However, the eVU update on customer trials will be telling, IMO.

To date, we don`t know of any contracts other than on a trial basis. Our past does tell us that many companies do not make quick decisions or we are not told about negative responses in a timely fashion, depending on one`s own point-of-view. Either way, the coming update needs to show us more than ``expect soon`` eVU biz and IP negotiations.

If the trials continue, we should -- at a minimum -- be told a specific date (or date range) of completion. If the trials are over, we should be told the known results to date, even if a customer`s purchase order has been issued.

It seems the street has given Willy and gang a pass on the last poor Q report as far as the numbers go. It`s time for EDIG to step up and show us some real revenue potential.

All just IMO.

John
