First this is not the PTSC board so perhaps a bit off topic, except PTSC is a sister co. and perhaps EDIG will be in court over patents with the help of TPL. I thought this was old news from last week. How is this new and is it correct? I did read post 461375. I thought the suit was stayed against the Japanse firms and you are saying that is correct, right? And that news was out on Friday the 17th. Is this just a rehash or is there something new I am missing? Spencer Chin wrote an article for eeTimes and I read on the other board that it was just a repeat of what is already known. I couldn`t seem to find that article however. P.S. I am not a lawyer (LOL) so this can sometimes be a bit confusing to me. Any clarification appreciated.
