Perhaps he was willing to get as much as possible up to .33 and that`s what he got.
Perhaps he thought it would be higher and wanted to establish a large position under 11/32 of a point and the MM guaranteed him a fill at that price.
Perhaps we are just guessing as to what the heck happened and this is the best we can do.
I will tell you that huge blocks of stock get transferred without ever entering the public market...between large trading entities, that we never are privy to, so depending on who, what, when or why, we probably will never know exactly what is occurring.
