Your logic escapes me, and at best is ``BOOT STRAP`` reasoning. You say:...

``For those of you who are so critical of edig management, show me one company that has suceeded with as few people in management as this one.``...

Those who bought into this stock did not invest to see how

EDIG could survive with few people for the next seven years...

Most of the long time investors saw great ``Potential`` for

the intellectual property of the company and thought they were buying into next Qualcom or Microsoft...

It is precisely for the fact that management has failed to make any deals of substance selling its intellectual property that they are and have been in a survival mode for the past few years...

I am sure that everything can be ``explained`` and has been explained on these boards. But claiming that we should throw roses at the management becuase they have such a few

people and have manged to squander 7 years off their patent rights without generating atleast a break even revenue is the hight of sophistry...

SHAREHOLDERS HAVE A RIGHT TO QUESTION THE COMPETENCE OF THE MANGEMENT OF COMPANIES THEY INVEST IN. And, no matter how you paint it, survining with few people, and continuing defecit financing is not, in anyone`s book, the hall mark of a successful management team...

I, like most longs here always thought the company`s BUSINESS PLAN was to make ``Deals`` with others who would use its Tech. to make widgets and market them. Mangement has failed to implement its business plan abysmally. All you have to do look at the Q filings...

I remain invested in EDIG because I beleive despite the management`s demonstrated inability to make ``DEALS`` so far, a time may come that EDIG will make some money for

the use of its intellectual property. I onlu hope tat said time will arrive efore the patents they have run out...

Besides, even if they close the doors I have made enough on Norris companies to cover my EDIG investment and then some...

LONG LIVE FREE SPEECH, DISSENT, AND THE RIGHT TO CRITICIZE MANAGEMENT...Lol...Lol...

Good Luck to all...

Gil...
