First of all we have to assume the ``Terrific 27`` were smart enough to make enough money to have at least $50,000 to invest somewhere.
Lets make the assumption that you, DayStar71 are one of the 27 and I am Will Blakley. I want you to put your hard earned funds into my EDigital, a highly speculative tech company that has been around since 1989 and never made a profit or had too many successes.
You ask me ``Why should I put my money into your company with a track record like yours``?
And I say to you ``Why, of course dummy, to help us keep the doors open, to pay for day to day expenses since we aren`t making any money``
Could you tell me how quickly your checkbook would come out of your pocket with those assurances? Could you tell me instead what you would say, probably along the lines of: ``I left my checkbook at home, I will get back to you?
The Terrific 27 were given assurances of some sort, that we aren`t privy to, that they have a good chance of returns on their funds.
You say, ``Well maybe they are doing it because they have a striking price at $.08 (wrong choice of words but you know what I mean) and the PPS is now $.12 so they can get out immediately and make a few dollars``.
I have been involved in a smattering of situations like this and believe me the price would have to be a lot higher than $.12 before I would throw $50,000, or more, at EDig.
An honest question: Would you?
