Just why are these funds needed??? To keep the doors open?? To pay the help?? Maybe....I will allow that possibility...

Not a real biggie thought....but one has to take into account that is a possibility.....I happen to feel IT IS THE REASON FOR THE FINANCING....Why would ``2 OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY INVEST THEIR OWN MONEY???? Especially since they KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT EDIG.... Just to keep the doors open???? If that`s the case then we have a couple of pretty stupid officers of the company.........I know...I know...
