I have placed them in contact with the head of new product development for two major Dental/Medical supply companies...both listed companies and with distribution on a national and global scale.

They don`t update me on the progress.

You just never know when a light bulb will go off though.

The trend in dentistry is towards anything high tech: digital xrays, CAD-CAM single appointment porcelain crowns, lasers, in-operatory monitors, etc...all focused on a better and more efficient patient experience, including patient education and entertainment.

The eVU certainly would be at home in my office.

But EDIG isn`t going to market directly to each individual doctor. They are looking for a company that has regional/global distribution and marketing arms already in place, which makes perfect sense.

So we wait for some company to run with the idea.

12-22-05: ``“We are currently working with U.S. and international companies in the healthcare and travel and leisure industries who desire to brand and market eVU, as well as expand industry and market awareness of the benefits of secure closed system video products,” remarked Blakeley.``

02-14-06: ``e.Digital also announced today that it has commenced pilot deliveries of its new, proprietary eVU™ mobile entertainment product to companies in the healthcare and travel and leisure industries .......``

“We are very pleased with initial feedback from companies evaluating our eVU mobile entertainment devices and turnkey entertainment services business,” said Will Blakeley, e.Digital’s president and chief technical officer. “We have developed logistic and secure content solutions to enable customers to rapidly deploy, operate and maintain eVUs for their customers/passengers/patients.”

“Based on this response, and the U.S. and international companies we are working with, we believe we can grow our revenues and improve margins in future periods,” commented Blakeley. “As our new turnkey entertainment services solution is fully implemented, we expect to capture more margin on each product sale and collect monthly revenues from content and other services. More importantly, we believe we can become profitable with annual sales of eVU units totaling approximately half of the 8,000+ e.Digital-powered IFE units currently in the field.”
