I am not a ``techie``. All of you know that from my posts from ``years`` past but I do have a smidgeon of knowledge about investors and investing.

From my experience, and only my opinion, I feel quite strongly that all the activity this past week, the volume and PPS movement had very little, if anything, to do with patent infringement and TPL, with one caveat.

Investors in a high risk penny stock do not jump in with both feet on the premise of an unnamed, unauthenicated and unannouced promise of profits from a situation that will not produce those profits for years, if ever. Results from any investment of this nature are expected in the ``near term``

I, for one, would take a ``chance`` at a company like EDig if I found out its next 1/4ly was going to exceed expectations or if a new product was about to be introduced...etc..I would NOT jump in on the premise that ``maybe`` 2 or 3 years from now I ``might`` see good results from a patent infringement lawsuit. While not exactly the same thing, look at Fujitsu.

We have absolutely no information on any aspect of ``infringing`` that EDig ``MIGHT`` be doing except what appeared in the latest company ``blurb``. The caveat I can see is if there is an active action ongoing ``RIGHT NOW`` by Edig and a group like TPL against a major company that both feel is definitely ``infringing`` and news will be shortly forthcoming.

No matter how secret these events are supposed to be news does get out and usually to entities that take advantage of situations like this.

Of course it could be some form of market manipulation. However I discount that since this past week has be unlike a normal one. The PPS went too high, almost out of control and the volume was definitely too high for just one or two manipulators. At least that has been my experience. Most market manipulators, on a penny stock, are very subtle, no big waves, no big moves, just a relentless move in the direction they wish to go, over a period of time.....

So I am left with one opinion, EDig will be forthcoming with good news in the very near future. Perhaps a contract or two, perhaps news that BOW has fired Triad, perhaps Triad can`t perform, perhaps multiple areas of business finding merit in what the eVu has to offer.....Who knows?

But this movement, out of the clear, was not spontaneous. There was entirely two much action. Like others here I am looking for whatever that good news is and SHORTLY....
