I have no idea if PTSC is ON or OFF topic. My guess was OFF -- and I`ll be very happy to be wrong if indeed there is somebody out there with infringment info. IMO, we probably would not get any news either way.

If there is an infringing company, EDIG`s legal partner (most believe it would be TPL with their PTSC connection, but we don`t know that either) would not have any info until negotiations had begun. Then, news would only be used as a tactic for resolution. Of course, we don`t have any evidence that there is a case pending. Just the PR statements, rumor and speculation at this point. But somebody is buying stock for some reason and this is as good as any, based on sister company PTSC`s new biz model. (note to self: it would still be a good thing to actually sell something to one of the customers in trials, too)

If there are no infringing company(s) and this is the reason for the run up, my guess is the pps will drop just as fast without confirmation on the public record.

By comparison, PTSC has some deals (agreements) done, is now profitable & paying a dividend, has cases pending with major Japanese brands and others, and a stock pps that continues to rise past its 52 wk high. PTSC traded at less than 0.15 a month ago.
