You point up what is rather silly here a good part of the time, and also why the posing of some questions can be easily perceived as ``bashing``. I, for one, don`t need to contact the company to get answers to any of the example questions you pose.

``Why were the third quarter numbers so low?``

Because we didn`t sell enough of anything.

``When are we going to turn a profit?``

When we ``sell`` 4,000+ eVUs.

``Why do we have to issue more shares to keep operations running?``

Because we haven`t sold enough of anything.

``Why haven`t they announced any eVU customers yet?``

Because there aren`t any. Cripes, they only just reported that they`ve sent some out for evaluation by prospective customers. Maybe give them a chance to eval and make a decision and work a deal?

So posing such questions, where the answers are fairly obvious (to me at least), does have the appearance of taking cheap shots at the company where we have our money invested. Either that, or the people that pose those questions are a bit dim.

But, virtually unseen on this board, are some prospects out there.

Digecor says several more digE customers lined up. Probably for our digE (not Triad`s), and we`re back in the ``who`` and ``how many`` situation. One big one, and things will happen to our PPS.

The probable announcement of a patent management partner (e.g., TPL). That alone would be worth something, and offer a new ray of hope.

eVU.... Anything could happen. Nothing, or a bunch of something`s. Based on what I heard about it, it blows the ``old`` digE out of the water. And the business plan here sounds much more lucrative than digE sales.

But these are less worthy of discussion posts than those merely taking shots at fellow posters. Real possibilities. And that`s why we`re invested, right? Don`t believe any of it? Then why the heck stick around? To ask questions about the past where the answers are obvious?

But I might add that the discussion of prospects may also be a waste. Perhaps what I`ve summed up above is enough ``said`` until something happens. Hyping the prospects while we sit in ignorance, while promoting hope, is preaching to the choir. We KNOW. That`s why we`re still hanging on.

And that`s why I don`t post much any more. I`m almost sorry I hit on the patent thing recently. Questions there cannot be effectively answered, so perhaps (probably?) another waste.

And I KNOW nuttin`!
