He was, of course referring to MOS being a probable explanation of what Portal Player was offering...

Next thing we knew, EDIG was listed on the Portal Player site as a ``PARTNER``...

It was shortly thereafter that Jobs saved an ailing Apple by marketing his Ipods, which were developed by using Platforms marketed by Portal Player...

You can bet TPL lawyers are looking into that connection as
