Yes, PTSC began notifing companies in early 2004. They are just now getting their just reward (me too, thanks again Gil!).

It can take a long time to get any serious dollar litigation off the ground. However, if the first offending company (if any) cuts a deal for a confidential song and dance, it could help other offenders settle sooner and for a much different deal. Then that`s another story -- enter TPL or similar as a sugar daddy law firm with a serious paycheck incentive when they win.

Sounds nice, but this truely is seen through thick rose colored glasses. It is possible that the ``protect our IP`` lines in yesterday`s PR were mere throw ins to apease those of us in the peanut gallery, a.k.a. retail investors. We won`t know until some action is taken and publicly recorded. At this point, it is not even a decent ``expect.`` But it is good fodder for the dark side. Thus, better entertainment while we wait.

With EDIG, I like our chances better with a deal done, eVU product shipped, and future orders / revenues booked. EDIG clearly stated they have a customer in trials. IMO, RP added the ``positive`` results part. I do this for a living, in consumer products the only positive trail result is a purchase order. So, we wait.

I`m still bettin` on Willy, but we should give ole Fred the new task to find offenders -- he probably remembers a few of his meetings where he showed mOS to competitors....that might be a darn good place to start lookin`.

John

PS (sorry OZ) IMO, it will be months, not weeks, before we know anything concrete. Howver, once shipping, we should have Q reports with much more accurate info -- did we ship more or less? More is good, less is bad. Sometimes simple is better.
