Yes, EDIG may have done something wright. EDIG allowed many large companies to play with MicroOs in the early days. This may be the way that MicroOs becomes a world standard by allowing others to use parts of the MicroOs process that is covered by patents. Sort of like a virus. If EDIG could show that its early patents are being infringed, especialy at this late stage of flash development then we become a defacto world standard.
This scenario would work better than selling widgets.
