MAYBE (note big maybe). If they are only in to enable eVU sales (by funding production, which I think is the deal), then if EDIG is unable to sell, they are ``out`` nothing. And IF they were interested in EDIG`s ``survival``, do you actually think it would be through funding some effort on patent infringement with an unknown outcome as opposed to some other ``absolute reward`` method?
