You must have missed one of my prior posts (how dare you! LOL). A few weeks ago Apple announced they are no longer making/selling players using a HHD, and are going totally Flash for the foreseeable future. Flash will now saturate the market, from Apple and its competitors.

People, this is what we`ve been waiting for all these years. Yeah, last qtr was ugly. You didn`t expect that? Why act all surprised and pissed off? Current qtr may also be pretty ugly. Prepare to be pissed off again. But, though some are over-hyping the prospects, this (assuming it is really happening) patent protection stuff is very good news. Need to dig out the language of those patents (help?) for a revisit, but just looking at the history suggests good possibilities. Caution should still be exercised, but look at PTSC - no product in motion, just patents, trading at over a quarter and probably should be much higher with current circumstance (forward looking). We MAY have more going for us.

As an aside, I heard from a trusted friend who has visited Poway recently and who has handled the eVU. This guy knows his stuff and described it as ``impressive`` and ``astonishing`` in picture and sound quaility. It just might be good enough to ``sell itself``.

Though I understand the distress of some who are looking at the numbers and vent accordingly, the eVU is just now being introduced (give it a chance...things MAY actually work out for us this time!). And this whole patent infringement thing (which is what has kept me around all these years - it sure wasn`t digEs or MP3 players - those were just means to get by until Flash proliferation as far as I`ve been concerned) MAY have long legs. Then again, maybe not. But IF it does, and IF we hook up with the likes of TPL (doin` this stuff for 15 years and having plenty of funding), there are real possibilities. POSSIBILITIES! Nothing more - this IS after all OTCBB land!

Please note all the ``ifs`` amd ``mays`` in there, but I`ll go ahead and say ``I KNOW nuttin`!``.
