In light of ptsc`s efforts with the TPL group and news today of ATT going after Apple, among others, for patent infringement, does EDIG have any thoughts on doing likewise with regard to its current patent holdings, especially considering the explosion in flash based products?

Also, will the business update be part of the Q3 numbers release?
