Nope, IMO. They also have a dead link to ``SWATtm Portfolio``, another set of patents (unless that is special weapons and tactics to get info to your browser! LOL Just messin` with ya! No evil intent....).

It`s JMHO that they are preparing to pursue infringers on somebody`s Flash patent portfolio. That somebody could be us, though probably not (after all, Moore has been around a long time and has done a lot of things, and maybe has patents on something Flash-oriented).

Not sure how I feel about TPL anyway. They now appear to be doing good things for PTSC, but it was a long slippery (slimey) road to where things are for them today.
