Sister company PTSC, after a lot of wrangling, partnered up with TPL to pursue infringers of their (previously contested between PTSC and Moore/TPL) patent portfolio. TPL has a team of lawyers specializing in patent infringement litigation.

Today, looking to TPL`s site:

they`ve added a link to ``Flash Portfolio``. The link is currently dead.

Could it be that, via links via PTSC, EDIG has enlisted TPL to pursue infringers of EDIG`s (flash) patent portfolio?

Recall that way back in Jan `00, RP told me that it was EDIG`s intent to pursue infringers once flash memory had become more pervassive in the market. That time may have come.
